Refund policy

VENKUZHALI ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day the order is placed. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

Perishable Items

VENKUZHALI ENTERPRISES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same. This must be reported on the same day the product is received.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the attention of our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For complaints regarding products covered by warranties from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

Refund Process

In case of refunds approved by VENKUZHALI ENTERPRISES, it will take 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
